You have everything
you need within you

If you feel stuck, carry emotional burdens too heavy to hold alone, or feel empty and unmotivated — you don't have to keep going through it by yourself.

A therapist is a lighthouse that illuminates and helps bring out the strengths and resources dormant inside you. Together, we will uplift you and bring you into the light.

Let's plant the seed of your soul and grow it into the strong, beautiful, blooming tree.

About me

I've walked a path
similar to yours

In my sessions, you will be heard and understood. My client-centered approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt, IFS, and EMDR to foster growth and resilience — helping you understand yourself more deeply, heal from trauma, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and make peace with your inner critic.

I am a wife and mother of kids and animals. I have personally walked through many of the same experiences my clients face, including my own therapy journey. I have witnessed firsthand how transformative good therapy can be — and how harmful the wrong approach can feel.

I will accompany you in your journey with warmth, honesty, and deep respect for who you are.

FAQ

Common questions

How do I get started?
Simply reach out via phone or email. We'll have a brief initial conversation to see if we're a good fit, and then schedule your first session. There's no pressure — just a warm, honest conversation.
Are sessions in person or online?
All sessions are conducted online via secure telehealth video. This means you can access support from anywhere in Texas — in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
How long does therapy take?
There's no one-size-fits-all answer. Some clients find meaningful progress in a few months; others prefer ongoing support over a longer period. We'll regularly check in together about how things are going and what feels right for you.
Are you a licensed therapist?
I am a pre-licensed counselor in the process of completing my graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I practice under the clinical supervision of Sheila Flynn, M.Ed, NCC, LPC, at Sheila Flynn Counseling. This means your care is both compassionate and professionally overseen.
Do you work with children?
Yes! I work with children aged 8 and older, as well as adults. If you're a parent seeking support for your child, I'd love to speak with you first to understand how I can best help.
What if I've had a bad experience with therapy before?
I understand. I have personally witnessed the harm that the wrong therapeutic approach can cause — which is why I take the trust you place in me very seriously. Your comfort, pace, and needs always come first. We go at your speed.

Reflections

From the blog

Insights, reflections, and gentle guidance to support you between sessions — and before you're even ready to begin.

🌿

Boundaries

Why saying no is an act of self-love

Setting limits isn't selfish. It's one of the most loving things you can do — for yourself and the people around you.

🕊️

Trauma

What healing from trauma actually looks like

Healing isn't linear. It doesn't mean forgetting — it means the past no longer controls your present.

🌱

Inner critic

Making peace with the voice inside your head

Your inner critic was trying to protect you. Here's how to understand it — and gently ask it to step back.
