Anxiety Therapy in Texas — Telehealth for Worry & Overwhelm

Compassionate, evidence-based online therapy for anxiety, panic, and perfectionism — available statewide in Texas.

You are not alone

Anxiety is exhausting — and it is treatable

Anxiety does not always look like panic attacks. For many people it is the constant hum of worry that never quite switches off — replaying conversations, preparing for the worst, lying awake running through tomorrow's list. It can feel like your mind is trying to protect you, but the effort is costing you everything.

I work with adults across Texas who are tired of living at the edge of their nerves. Together we slow down the anxiety loop, understand what is underneath it, and build real tools for calming your nervous system and showing up for your life again.

Is this you?

Signs anxiety may be getting in the way

Constant worry

Your mind never stops rehearsing worst-case scenarios, even when things are objectively fine.

Physical tension

Tight chest, shallow breathing, headaches, or a stomach that knots before anything difficult.

Perfectionism & avoidance

You delay decisions, over-prepare, or avoid situations to escape that awful anxious feeling.

Sleep problems

Your thoughts race at night, making it hard to fall asleep or stay asleep.

Irritability & burnout

Running on edge all the time leaves you snapping at people you love and feeling depleted.

Difficulty being present

Even during good moments you are somewhere else — worrying about what comes next.

How I help

My approach to anxiety therapy

I draw on evidence-based methods tailored to your specific anxiety — whether that is generalized worry, social anxiety, health anxiety, or panic. The goal is not to eliminate all anxiety (some is healthy and protective) but to bring it down to a level that no longer runs your life.

Sessions are conducted online via secure telehealth video, so you can work with me from anywhere in Texas — your home, your car, wherever feels safe.

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can talk through what you are experiencing before you commit to anything.

Common questions

What you might be wondering

Does online anxiety therapy actually work?

Yes. Research consistently shows that telehealth therapy produces outcomes equivalent to in-person therapy for anxiety disorders. Many clients find it easier to open up from the comfort of their own home.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the severity and history of your anxiety. Many people notice meaningful change within 8–12 sessions, though some benefit from longer-term work. We will review progress together regularly.

What is the cost?

Sessions are $60 for 45 minutes. A sliding scale is available — please ask if cost is a barrier. A free 15-minute introductory call is included.

Do you work with children who have anxiety?

Yes. I work with children aged 8 and older as well as adults. Child sessions are gentle and age-appropriate.

Ready to feel less anxious?

You do not have to keep white-knuckling through every day. Let’s talk — the first call is free, no obligation.
